  i would like to inform anybody that hasn't been to my lovely shop that i get the best quality flowers delivered to me direct from holland through several different suppliers, giving me the opportunity to provide you with a great selection of fresh flowers every day! We offer a freshness quarantee so if this is a genuine complaint sam/will then i urge you to contact the shop for a full refund! However i am suspicious about your complaint as you have not informed me at the shop and you've only ever left feedback on the two florists in longridge, both on the same day. This leads me to believe you have an interest in the other shop and are attempting to deter our customers. Our feedback so far has been amazing and i invite you all to come and see our lovely shop for yourselves. Lorraine
